We were facing a gap in communication across the team while we planned and managed the entire workflow; the faster and more efficient the communication, the more time available to execute the work. The app will help improve communication amongst the team, which makes the process faster and more assertive. The integration of MS Project with the platform will result in tasks being completed faster, allowing more time for planning the next phases. Additionally, we feel we have everything in the palm of our hands at all times.

The idea of having our construction planning being controlled like a mobile phone conversation is fantastic. Crews by Core meets all expectations in terms of speed and accuracy of information coming directly from all work locations. The app will upgrade the level of control we have in the field, making it easier to have accountability of the work being executed, and also improve the visualization of all productivity indexes.

Joining forces with ByCore has allowed us to simplify the team's communication by having projects, tasks and chats all in one place. Improving communication will lead to fewer tasks having to go to rework, which is a key success indicator.

We joined forces with ByCore with the intention of reducing rework and simplifying inter-team communication, and we expect the app to improve communication between our on-site team and administrators in the future.

Right now Crew by Core is an arm to our head. It’s complementing our systems that we have in place and it’s eliminating work. I have Crews by Core on my phone and iPad, so when I’m on the field I can communicate with the team. This morning I was checking off all these items that have been completed but I haven’t had a chance to update and check off. That would’ve taken 20 phone calls with me and Clint. All I needed to do was go on the app; it took me five minutes. You’re guiding us to our success with Crews by Core. We couldn’t be any happier.
